Have you been Staff Before? Yes
What servers were you on and what did you do?: ASAPGaming i was Admin training mods and tmods, CivilGamers i was a mod, i was also staff manager on unity networks previous servers for example i was the staff manager on the prisonrp server that galaxy has owned and i was also admin or moderator which i cant remember on the old DarkRP server before it was called unity. i was also a senior admin on nexusnation gmod servers back years ago
What valuable lessons and Experiences did you gather when you were Staff?: i gathered a ton of experience throughout my years being moderating and training people on how to staff servers properly and with efficiency and precision and understanding the precautions that will have to be taken sometimes if a player acts rebelliously etc. but i also have learned a lesson on how to protect people on a server. Even though its a gmod server bad things can still happen which can cause issues elsewhere and that is my job to stop this from happening.

What previous experience have you had on Unity Networks?: Staff Manager - Old Police RP Before It Was Called Unity, Admin Or Moderator On DarkRP Before It Was Called Unity, And im pretty sure there used to be a old prisonrp i used to be a manager on i might get policerp and prisonrp mixed up im not sure which one it was a very long time ago
How many hours a day/week can you be active if given the opportunity?: Most days of the week and most hours if im honest not up to much just working
Why do you want to join the staff team?: I want join this staff team because i think i can bring highly needed experience into the staff team and can deal with whatever needs to be done perfectly and without any problems also i just want this to be a huge darkrp server that is bouncing in popularity and is a safe place for players to play and have a good role playing experience on unity and i just think i can be a a key and crucial part of this staff team with keeping the server clean and happy without any disturbances.
What skills or qualities make you a good fit for a staff position?: my qualities and skills is that i know what to in tricky situations and any situations i know what u should do to start off for offenders breaking rules on the server and try make them understand the rules of the server and how you can have a much better experience on the server if u just follow them and get used to them. And overall its really just my experience with moderating on gmod servers for a very long while and feel like i could be a perfect fit for this team to lead and grow and train and learn myself with having the graps on the basic commands i need to use as a staff member.
